I started with a telephone call to the branch to find out more about a TV + internet offer, following a change of supplier, since the latter had never shown up at my home.The saleswoman was super friendly, explained everything to me from A to Z, the details, the prices and what it included. I then went to see her in store to finalize everything and she confirmed that the Bell technician was coming for the installation at my home for this Tuesday, August 22. The technician did indeed come within the mentioned hours and everything works perfectly.”
