I arrived at BestBuy yesterday, Monday, June 30th, at 5:58 pm, just two minutes before closing time at 6 pm. The cash registers were already closed, and initially, I was told that new purchases couldn't be processed. However, when I explained that I had traveled all the way from Gatineau specifically for this purchase, two amazing employees, Ilyas and Sammy, quickly understood my situation. They went above and beyond by using the one remaining active POS so I could purchase the product I needed. Ilyas and Sammy were absolute angels, and their exceptional customer service truly made my day. Thank you both for your kindness and understanding!

I stopped by LaSource yesterday and a gentleman named Omid helped me with my purchases. He showed friendliness and courtesy in every interaction I had with him.
