I try to speak to a human at my branch but it's impossible.I am redirected each time to BLC Direct where I was flushed three times after waiting on the phone for a very long time.As I write this review, I still haven't been able to speak to anyone.I wasted part of the morning trying to talk to someone.I have been a customer for over 30 years.For me, this is one of the worst banks in Canada.Their customer service is non-existent.I will have to change banks as soon as possible.

The counter gives me $50. I go back to the branch to tell them that many merchants refuse $50 bills and I ask for change into $20. The cashier recommends that I re-deposit the 50 notes and make a withdrawal of $40: the poor service of this bank is pathetic.

A "transition to an online formula" (not to say openly removing customer service to save money) that is completely ridiculous. It would take too long to list here all the times I had to fight for hours and go through a thousand useless steps for a transaction that can be done in 3 minutes at Desjardins. Honestly, one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in my life. All my accounts are now closed. I strongly encourage you to avoid Laurentian Bank.

I have been a customer for 25 years and I am going to change banks. I'm fed up with their lack of customer service. Never been able to get a credit score with them, never been able to get a card even though I have 3 cards elsewhere and a mortgage with Nationale. Very disappointed for too long!

Customer for 5 years, I regret EVERYTHING. Inadequate service, dirty place, incompetent staff. Doing transactions with them is the equivalent of doing calculations to take off a space shuttle...Edit: I am increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the new assistant director is very efficient, he resolved a problem dating back 2 years in less than 2 weeks!
