I had made an appointment for a cleaning for 8:15 this morning via their online booking system. Although on their website it is indicated that the garage opens at 8:00 a.m., at 8:20 a.m. there was still no one there. It's really annoying to have traveled and reorganized the family's schedule and lifts this morning for absolutely nothing. A waste of time! I called several times with no response.

Basically: Owner of an ***amateur*** car wash, execrable and dishonest, accustomed to legal proceedings (formal notice), does not compensate you when he damages your car. I would have given it 0 stars if I could.---Despite having read some of the bad comments before visiting this company, I took my chance having read the answers from the owner who "guarantee" the service.I took the "refurbishment" service as named by one of the employees for $160 for an interior + exterior wash. I left the car in the morning at 9 a.m. and returned around 4 p.m. When I arrived (in a hurry for an appointment somewhere else) it looked good and when I went to pay (160 + 10 tip). My friend continued to inspect the car and noticed stains remaining on the seats and the fact that my digital dashboard (purchased and installed only 2 weeks ago) had water/condensation on it. 'interior. After some tests, my screen was almost no longer responding, the brightness had dropped significantly and there were several marks on the screen.In addition, I notice that the carpet shampooing and engine shampooing have not been done. The ceiling and the sun visors were also not affected in any way.I reported the problem to the employee who reassured me to wait until the next day because the owner was not there and that normally if there are problems, the company will reimburse me the price of the dashboard. ($420).The next day the screen was just dead, just black. I show up there, the employee lets me know that he had forgotten that theowner was in a chalet.. and returned 1 week later.The following week, the owner's brother asked me to come back the following day at 12 p.m. because the owner was not there but would be there the following day......The day after at 12 p.m., after a pathetic offer from the owner's brother of $160 then $200 to only reimburse the poorly done service, I have to wait until 1:15 p.m. for the owner to show up in an SUV. He ignores me but stares at me for a few seconds until his brother taps on his window and speaks to him. The owner finally comes to talk to me.Directly without saying Hello, He aggressively tells me that there is no point in calling the police because they are not going to come???No idea what he's talking about, I tell him I don't know what he's talking about and that I came here to solve the problem and that I never talked about the police. He replies that one of his employees told him that I called the police, I walk towards his employees, he and I ask who said that I called the police and none of them answer. They all look lost.Anyway, I don't know if it's some kind of tactic or something and he's just a liar or is very, very lost.Afterwards, he explains to me that he is only ready to offer me a refund of $160, I reply that he is forgetting the fact that my screen was damaged. He tries to make an excuse“when you install a screen by yourself blablabla”I cut him off and tell him I don't want to hear any excuses. Water has clearly entered a slot in the dashboard (GPS).He takes this opportunity to turn and run away, telling me that "I don't want to argue." I let him know to expect a formal notice and he responds“it doesn’t matter, I’m used to that”Now if you have read the review up to here. Realize that if you go there you will be dealing with someone who is "accustomed" to formal notices.For those who do not know, a formal notice is often necessary before initiating legal proceedings which I am going to do since I not only have before and after photos, a witness, receipt, audio recording and recording of the dashcam of the 'auto.
