It was a first experience for me at Leblanc Réno-Tendance and I was extremely well served. Yannick Leblanc, a fine connoisseur of his products and very available, guided me and gave me good advice through the steps to redo my bathroom. Faced with so many quality choices, including many Quebec-designed products, he was able to direct me towards wise and affordable choices. He also referred me to highly competent contractors for the installation of my Muralux wall, for the installation of the shower door as well as for the vanity. Personalized service, trustworthy people, trendy store with many choices without getting dizzy in front of an ocean, I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend. Just to let you know, I'm making the trip from the north shore to the south shore because it's so worth it. Thank you Yannick and the team. Good continuity.

Bad experience, I went to the store to get information on shower faucets.
When I arrive, I wait about 5 minutes (empty store, 1 customer who was already with a salesperson) and no one comes to see me, a person behind his desk does not pay attention to my presence so I decide to go see him to ask him if he can give me some information.
Ultimately I really had the impression that since I was not the customer who was going to spend a big budget to redo her bathroom, the salesman didn't care and was eager to get back behind his desk; I received more than mediocre service.
Not a very pleasant seller, he gave me a quote for part of the bath set when I was looking for the entire set, so I had to call back for more information.
Finally, I decided to redo my entire bathroom and I went to a store in Brossard where I was extremely well received and served.
It's a shame afterwards we're surprised that the stores are closing and the day you understand that EVERY customer deserves to be served in the same way, believe me your business will make all the difference.

We redid our bathroom with a contractor (reno-assistance) and he had a 10% discount with this supplier.We met Frédéric and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received. He was able to find all the items we were looking for, the order went well and on time. He did not hesitate to contact us by email to make sure everything was perfect and in order with our order. We had to exchange an item twice and in both cases, no problem and it was done quickly. Some places confront you during an exchange or an order error and it's always annoying to have to return to a place but not to Leblanc, quite the contrary.We had excellent advice, great prices and outstanding service throughout the process. Plus, it’s a local business.Yes, I recommend this place!

Un commerce local de plomberie salle de bain et cuisine offrant des produits de qualités avec un bon choix de styles et de marques. L'intérieur est invitant comme les employés accueillant avec du service de qualité ( chose de plus en plus rare sinon inexistant de nos jours) et un personnel qualifié.
