It's an M&M like any other. It is clean and well maintained.
I have been frequenting this establishment, the one in Longueuil, for some time for its gluten-free products. The choice is limited, but quality. Prices are slightly high, but at the limit of what I'm willing to pay.
However, the employee, a lady over 50, is somewhat intrusive and bordering on high-pressure sales. She is also very insistent on obtaining personal information (name, phone, email, address) in order to grant current and future discounts. I refused, claiming that many companies have this information stolen.
I will definitely change branches. I give one star, but only for this branch.

Many times poor service by incompetent employees...they don't know their product. In addition, the cashier had not prepared the online orders.I don't recommend it!!!

I bought breaded chicken strips with a box of Nanaimo bars.I knew the place and their chicken strips which are always excellent ♥️As for the lasagna, I made two 2 pound lasagnas. They are good but I think the cheese could be more present. With wonderful ? bread. It is also very expensive and very spicy.Let's come to the Nanaimo bars ? seriously, don't buy this because you will become dependent immediately. ! They are really wowwww.The price is right for this kind of treat, because it is not cheap at the pastry shopSo yes, I definitely recommend it, I'm going to Longueuil. I have seen comments about employees who are not pleasant and unpleasant? For my part to date I have always been served well and with courtesy.Don’t give up gang, you have good products ♥️

The art of losing a customer. Yesterday I went there to buy a special product and the lady kindly told me to come back today at the end of the afternoon because there might be some in her order. I went back and a gruff gentleman told me bluntly: we have more. I said nothing and left. As soon as my back was turned, this gentleman shouted at me saying: Have a nice day! I told this gentleman that if he doesn't like his job, he should change jobs. This is no way to respond to a customer. In the future I will spend my money elsewhere.
