There was an error on the price of orange juice: for the same brand there were two labels, each with a different price. When I asked the cashier why, she lied to my face by telling me that the label with the lowest price is for people who have the Optimum card. However, the Optimum card is not like the Scène card at IGA, it doesn't bring discounts, it's just to accumulate points. That a cashier had the nerve to lie to a customer is unbelievable and completely pathetic. Do better Maxi, I'm never coming to your house again

The older it gets, the worse it gets than doing your groceries at this Maxi. The rows are constantly cluttered with pallets of stock that are difficult to move freely. It’s really unpleasant and above all unsafe.

It's not the employees' fault but there seems to be a lack of people on the floor. This gives rise to quite improbable situations such as arguments between customers because they can wait 30 minutes in lines... I waited a total of 50 minutes because I went to sell my bottles and just to go carry what I had left. took 20 minutes and getting cat food took me 30 more in queues and all the checkouts were like that :/
