“I had a cell phone battery changed last November. Following this change, the battery remained at 0%. I was told that the motherboard of my iPhone8 cell phone was damaged after changing the battery. They had to have welding done by a third party. It didn't work so I was offered a replacement device identical to mine. It took a long time but it was worth it.”

It's rare to find this level of service and honesty at a phone/electronics shop these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the community, not just making a sale.
