“I ordered a pick-up in store purchase from this store previously, a while back, and just purchased a pen in-store today and both times the experience was fantastic! I'm not sure of the name of the employee that helped me today (Jan. 30, 2024) but she was wonderful in helping get the pen I wanted transferred from another store within just a few hours. Very happy with the service and product, and I will be back again in the future!”

“Been there a couple times. Sellers are friendly. Couldnt pass POST on my custom, went there to get it fixed. Took 4 days (week-end) and everythings good now. I also requested my cpu to be changed since it wasnt the one I ordered and they changed it. I would recommend going there for your computer needs.”

“I arrived at BestBuy yesterday, Monday, June 30th, at 5:58 pm, just two minutes before closing time at 6 pm. The cash registers were already closed, and initially, I was told that new purchases couldn't be processed. However, when I explained that I had traveled all the way from Gatineau specifically for this purchase, two amazing employees, Ilyas and Sammy, quickly understood my situation. They went above and beyond by using the one remaining active POS so I could purchase the product I needed.
