“Excellent customer service post-purchase via their online store. I bought a fairly pricey fountain pen and was unhappy with the nib size in the end. They allowed me to ship it back to them, swapped the medium for a fine nib, an even had it looked at by their nibmeister to make sure it wrote well. I just got it back today via Canada Post and I couldn't be happier.

“I arrived at BestBuy yesterday, Monday, June 30th, at 5:58 pm, just two minutes before closing time at 6 pm. The cash registers were already closed, and initially, I was told that new purchases couldn't be processed.
