This pharmaprix has always been VERY SLOW to serve their clients. They are either short on staff or don't know what they are doing. To the owner of this pharmaprix: I challenge you to step inside your stire and witness the chaos behind the laboratory department.

Worst service of my life in a pharmacy, this is the 2nd time I've had to waste 1 hour 30 minutes of my life because someone forgot my prescription on the counter when I didn't even have to see the pharmacist. And the time I had to speak with a pharmacist about a new medication I was sent someone in a t-shirt who didn't really seem to work in the pharmacy and who gave me very rough advice.

Delivery was prompt, and the team assembled everything perfectly. Prices are fair for the quality, but I wish they offered more frequent promotions. It is imperative to teach respect to your employees at the pharmacy counter. It’s unpleasant to come to the counter or even call for an order; Afterwards, we raise our voices and tell you to go to another pharmacy if you want. In the end, we tell you that we can't help you by hanging up on you. It’s a shame, so much bad service from your employees, and it’s very repetitive.

Ideal place too, when you are outside regular hours. You will find everything from a large pharmacy, in addition to a mini Provigo with all the essentials and even more!!
It's perfect, well located and easily accessible, with a large, well-lit parking lot.
