Waited in line to open a US account for a deposit, which they were not able to help. Then wanted to withdraw cad, which I was told I'd only be able to get cash advance. Never had any issues like this in any other branch. TD across from them were a lot easier to work with.

I would avoid using their wire-transfer service at all costs. Three attempts failed. The first one cost 45$ and so did the 2nd one and no reason was given for the failures. The third failed one costs 699$ which included the 45 dollar fee. The latter cost, they say, is because Cdn money was changed to US and when it failed it had to be reconverted back to CDN currency. I was assisting an 87 year old senior citizen who took this loss. We still have nothing in writing as to why it failed despite showing proof that the wire instructions provided to the bank are accurate and has worked in the past for other people.The bank has refused to return any money to the senior citizen's account.
