“It's a storage unit. There ain't much to say. Security is great, the system works perfectly, they offer great add-ons that you will probably need. What stands out? Staff. Marie-Josée goes above and beyond in ways too personal to list here but she truly shines and makes the experience just so much better. You have a gem of an employee ands she deserves not only to know as much, but whatever you need to do to keep her there and happy. Were I still running my company, I'd be poaching her away from you! Also, adopting a cat that roams around the interior storage is a sweet touch and we've had the pleasure of seeing her twice now. Very cute and charming. This company works well, does well, and goes the distance. Happy with everything, especially M-J!”

“The employee did not explain how to access with the code. My first comment was harsh due to my frustration on moving day. The price is still good and overall the employees are nice”

“Avoid end of months rental if your moving date is flexible because the wait in line is very long (1h20 waiting in line). My moving date was flexible, and I'd rather have chosen another weekend.
Other than that, I do not see how the wait in line could have been simplified (it was faster after a 3rd counter opened). Chapeau to all staff members of U-Haul Saint-Hubert for keeping their calm with all those impatient people.”
