Service was fast and courteous.

Showed up at 0815am. Center opened at 0830. I was welcomed by a warm and smiley group of federal employees. There were 6 people before me which means I was amongst the first wave to be serviced. Passport renewal took less than 10 minutes. Service was courteous and hassle free. Just make sure you have all documents ready.
