Very disappointing. No notice that the package cannot be delivered, because according to them the address does not exist. No notice and this for 12 days... Funnily enough, during a Google search, the address works. Customer service that leaves something to be desired: UPS in St-Hubert and at the parent company. I do not recommend UPS in any way and in addition no refund, because according to them the address is not the correct one so it is the customer's fault. Avoid it will save you energy and money!

They were supposed to deliver my package to me on July 11 and they changed that to July 12 between 12:45 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. and at 5 p.m. not received yet and it's end of the day

Very rude staff … I dropped off my return package and they took it rudely and when I stepped outside I saw them throw the package at the other side of the room. FYI the contents are worth over 1200$. Won’t be going back ever again

Great service. Courteous, friendly.I had brought ribbon to seal my package, they told me 《no, we have some here》... At Canada Post, you get changed for that, not at UPS.

Les pire crosseurs de l'industrie, toujours des frais caché , TOUJOURS !!! Des vrais bandits!!! A l avenir si le vendeur vous utilise, j'achète ailleurs ... 35 $ de frais sur une commande de vis à 10 $ !!!! J'espère vous allez faire faillite !!!

Cela fait deux fois que nous attendons une livraison de UPS cette année et cela fait deux fois que le colis est perdu ou livré à la mauvaise adresse. Ça nous dit que c'est livré avec la date et l'heure mais sans aucune photo ou preuve que ça bel et bien été livré...ouvrez vos yeux les livreur...
