I recently went in b/c a protection plate under my car was falling off (2 screws had fallen off). I 'hoped to get a last minute appointment for the next day but instead they took my car in right away and fixed the issue within 10 minutes, free of charge. Nice, I thought!Picked car up 2 in afternoon and returned next day at 1 in afternoon. I was charged for 2 days courtesy car and my lock wasn’t fixed properly.After I contacted Linda and her crew they quickly rectified the situation.A small phone call and the garage reprogrammed my lock and realized the courtesy car was a misunderstanding and I was reimbursed.Job well doneThank you”
