A professional and courteous man who answers all questions and who gives us the facts so, no surprises.. but...The price paid was as in the contract except... $4.76 charged for payment by credit card. Surprise !! A bit exaggerated in my opinion.Cash is not accepted, nor debit cards.Easy and quick pick-up and return of the vehicle. Very clean and recent 9' utility van. The fuel was 3/4 full.1st experience and certainly not the last.”
“It was the first time I rented a car with the company Discount Location d'auto located in the P-A-T area and I was pleasantly surprised. Indeed, I had excellent service from the two clerks who were present on Saturday March 21. They were very courteous and attentive. In addition, the cars are quality and I haven't had any problems. “Honestly I am really satisfied with the quality of the service I was given at Légaré over the phone. The guy who answered, William, was very helpful, he took the time to explain to me how the rentals worked, gave me different prices for different options and the quality of his customer service was top notch.
We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicule, he gave me 3 options, SUV minivan or sprinter, and although it was a little bit more expansive than Enterprise, he was able to convince us by giving a very detailed list of reasons why we were paying more. He suggested I come look at the online review and although my french is not perfect, I've compared with enterprise and U-haul and Legaré has been maintaining an above-average star rating which definitively speaks for itself. When my wife finally called back to confirm everything, it was easy and simple; no headache.
The vehicle was clean, the lady who made me sign the contract was very helpful, Audrey I think, and the guys outside who handed me the key were very professional. My experience was very positive and I will definitively be renting again.
They have set the bar high and every other rental business should take notes here...”

I've then occasionaly rented tractor units for another 5 years at least until it made sense to buy our own.It has not always been flawless, but the company always took their responsabilities and found solutions. I am greatful for the service provided and wish ... I could rent my actual truck from Penske to reduce the hassle of IRP, IFTA, insurance...”

“Avoid end of months rental if your moving date is flexible because the wait in line is very long (1h20 waiting in line). My moving date was flexible, and I'd rather have chosen another weekend.
Other than that, I do not see how the wait in line could have been simplified (it was faster after a 3rd counter opened). Chapeau to all staff members of U-Haul Saint-Hubert for keeping their calm with all those impatient people.”

“Saved Our Holiday!
Delvan Longueuil truly saved our holiday plans! We had initially booked with Enterprise, only to receive a call an hour before pick-up informing us there were no cars available. They made no effort to check other locations or help us find a solution, leaving us stranded.
In a pinch, we googled and found Delvan. Gave them a call, and within just 30 minutes, we were driving off in a clean, comfortable SUV. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. To top it off, the price was even cheaper than what Enterprise had quoted us. Delvan even gave us a ride back to the nearby station!
Super reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Delvan Longueuil will definitely be our go-to rental service whenever we’re back in Quebec. Highly recommend!”
