Although they say no smoking, it's obvious that whomever had the car before us smoked, which was quite off putting since we spent so much time driving around in the car. ? The shocks definitely needed to be changed as we felt all the holes in the road, eventhough we tried to avoid them. Maybe a suggestion would be that whomever is taking care of the cars should drive them around a bit and make the necessary service changes before the next rental.
All-in-all, having a car in Montreal was great as it allowed us to see and do a variety of activities. The drop-off process was just as simple and straight forward. Make sure you take those final pictures. ?

I love my 2017 Volks Alltrack and what's more, the guy they refer you to to change the windshield comes to do it for you in your backyard in 30 minutes ? (super happy by the way!).
I look at the bad comments and I'm surprised, even wondering if people don't take revenge when things don't go their way! Be organized, make clear requests, be polite and friendly and you will always get good service in return.
