This post is to Thank Samantha from Customer Service for really going beyond her job and helping me out.
I bought an oversize belt by mistake, and had no way (I was on a business trip) to customize it to my size. Samatha (in the pic) was kind enough to use all her 'fancy tools' in her desk to help me out.

I’ve never felt so disrespected in a store before. The employee I spoke with was unbelievably rude and racist just because I was speaking in English! She talked to me in a humiliating way, refused to help, and acted like I didn’t even deserve her attention. I honestly walked out feeling angry and hurt. This is completely unacceptable, and Walmart should be ashamed to let people like this treat customers that way. I’ll never forget how awful this experience was.

We found almost everything, which is great and what's more, it has a McDonald's, which is a plus for those who are always hungry or feeling tired 😃

My husband and I asked for help using a machine to make a duplicate key to our apartment. However, the person present, whom we could not precisely identify as a cashier or agent, seemed distracted. In fact, she took the time to apply her lip balm while we explained our request, which gave us the impression that we did not have her full attention. We would have appreciated more professionalism in this situation.

If I could have given 0 stars, that's what I would have done. Slow service, place that leaves something to be desired but above all freshness of the food a big zero. Bought a beautiful Water Melon which at first glance is perfect...... what a bad surprise! A nice $8.97 that goes straight to the brown bin! Never could this Walmart!

Lady checked my bags she thought I was stealing.I explain I just went through this at check out. Was really rude and couldn't count my items took her 7 min to figure out. I understand this is Walmart but doesn't have to be nasty. Wouldn't even look at me or my husband. I hope she has a better day

Je suis une "vendue". J'y viens 2 à 3 fois quotidiennement. Je demeure à quelques pas d'ici et chaque fois,je suis agréablement accueilli à la réception. J'aime beaucoup l endroit où j'y trouve de bonnes aubaines et... impossible de ne pas faire un saut au McDo dans l'endroit où à la pharmacie où le personnel sympa nous incite à y revenir.

Not one set of open cash registers, but 8-9 "employees" who chat and chat on their cell phones while they "monitor" the automatic cash registers... instead of opening the only 4 cash registers there are with 4 of these thick ones and let the other jugs check the automatic ones..... ????
