I STRONGLY suspect Xchange Zone (all stores, not just this one) of deceptive marketing practices.
They post ads on Marketplace for products they don't have in stock. When we call to check availability, we are told it is available. 10 minutes later, once we got to the store, we were told that the item in question had already been sold that morning.
In short, they publish what seem to be tempting offers, but it's just "Bring to store". Just a tactic to attract customers.
I had the benefit of the doubt, but the Xchange Zone in Valleyfield acts in exactly the same way.
Obviously, I expect Xchange Zone to deny the facts. After all, aren't pawn shops known for their honest sellers?

The sellers are friendly and welcoming, with good advice.
These are the best prices offered that I have seen for Playstation 4 games. Very good titles at 5 dollars, where elsewhere it starts at 15. I spend there about once a week and even if there is not always a lot of stock in what I'm looking for, it's renewed regularly.
