“Our experience at the Magog Mécanique 360 in Magog was fantastic, and we're so grateful for their excellent service. We were in Magog for the day, visiting from Vermont, and at around 3:30pm we were ready to drive back home ... but the alternator in our car died! The tow truck dropped our car at Magog Mécanique 360 in Magog around 4:00, and we had not called them beforehand. Here's what then took place within about 10 minutes: the mechanic confirmed the alternator was bad, a replacement alternator was ordered and in route, work had started to remove the bad alternator, and we were given a thorough estimate of the expected costs. A few minutes after 5:00 we were on our way home. All the staff were professional and understanding, especially because of our limited ability to speak French. I haven't experienced such great service, since I can remember, and highly recommend this shop!”
“My salesman was Hugo and he is fantastic. He was patient and courteous, he welcomed us at the door and answered every question without hesitation. He is very personable and professional, but not pushy. I bought the used Kona he showed me and so far am very satisfied. The only complaint that I have is that other dealers give a gas card with your purchase, whether the car is new or used, as a thank you for your business, I drove off the lot with 58 km to empty and no gas card. A little disappointing. - Update: The dealership contacted me and asked me to bring the car in so they could put the amount of gas in the car that there should have been when I bought it. I did and thet honored their word. Apparently leaving a car on empty is not the norm, it was just an oversight.”
