“Ten stars. Really helped us out after ruining a tire traveling around an amazingly beautiful lake. Found a replacement at a very reasonable amount. And gave us some very insightful guidance about our tires in English as we headed back to Ontario. Most accomodating garage in area. So nice we'd like to come back and visit with them!”

“Wow! Exceptional service! All the staff are welcoming, friendly, competent! Their only goal is to find a solution to your problem to the best of their ability. I visited 5 garages for my puncture, all too busy to help me. They, with a smile on their faces, found a stress-free solution for me that suited me greatly. Really, hats off to this team with extraordinary service these days!!”

“Very good service. They explain well what is happening to my car using parts to visualize it which I really appreciate. Very kind and polite staff. I broke down with their courtesy car but at least I was 1 minute from my destination. They are still my garage of choice.”

“A very nice experience, very professional team , thank you Ezekiel for your time and for your dedication. A difficult transaction to do because of a double exchange of a Mazda CX5 and a Kia Sportage in the same time, but because of the Mazda Magog team, finally everything was perfect. Definitely my favorite car dealer in Estrie. If you check for a Mazda, this is your place. Thank you again!”

“My salesman was Hugo and he is fantastic. He was patient and courteous, he welcomed us at the door and answered every question without hesitation. He is very personable and professional, but not pushy. I bought the used Kona he showed me and so far am very satisfied. The only complaint that I have is that other dealers give a gas card with your purchase, whether the car is new or used, as a thank you for your business, I drove off the lot with 58 km to empty and no gas card. A little disappointing. - Update: The dealership contacted me and asked me to bring the car in so they could put the amount of gas in the car that there should have been when I bought it. I did and thet honored their word. Apparently leaving a car on empty is not the norm, it was just an oversight.”
