Pour mon vélo - peu agréables pour le service à la clientèle, n’ont pas vérifié mes freins, dont les pads etaient à changer, et voulaient me faire payer un extra pour le réalignement de mon dérailleur (qui était la raison pour laquelle j’ai apporté mon vélo) Je suis capable de nettoyer mon bike moi-même, et j’rai le porter ailleurs quand j’aurai besoin de services de mécano.

Excellent service, dedicated and knowledgeable employees, a store with lots of choice and quality and an absolutely exceptional experience! I bought skis from here (I came from Gatineau) to support a company in Quebec but above all because of my interaction with them online and on the phone which was of the highest quality. Superb service from the staff on site (both in Magog and Orford). Eliot, Jason and Vincent helped me with the purchase of touring ski boots, as well as a bike assembly. They were extremely competent, friendly and available. So I received excellent service and I recommend anyone to do their sports equipment shopping at this store. The advice given to us there is excellent and helps to enlighten us in this type of purchase!

I have had bad experiences with the repair shop several times.Recently I asked for a tire change, nothing else. When I got back on my bike, my front and rear brakes were completely loose, the rear one was unusable. The mechanic insisted that no adjustments were requested (true), and the brakes were as they were, like when I brought the bike, which is absolutely wrong. I am speaking here of a clear and major difference. I am well aware of the condition of my bike when I brought it.Also, they confirmed to me that they had incorrectly installed the lock on my rear wheel during the previous tire change carried out by their team. Which, coupled with aggravating factors (not just their fault), contributed to breaking the locking mechanism when changing the tire (when removing the wheel).Leaving the shop, I notice that the wheel is rubbing in the fender. I come back to be told again that I had not asked for an adjustment. That is indeed correct, but no one has seen fit to notify me of this issue at any time. I would have appreciated someone calling me to ask me what I wanted to do with this situation. Note that my previously installed summer tire did not rub.Leaving the store a second time, with the brakes loose and the wheel rubbing, I decide to take my bike directly to Giants a few steps away for an overhaul. They quickly realized that a tire had been installed incorrectly (see photo).Last summer, I had their team install reflectors on another bike. The rear one fell off after 20 minutes on the road, and the front wheel reflector was fitted just above the valve, making it unnecessarily difficult to access.On a few other occasions in the past when I asked for adjustments on my bike, I always went to the trouble of specifying that I liked my brakes really tight. They always came back looser than when they arrived. Functional, but really not as requested.Yet the customer service is courteous and it's a nice shop. However, mechanical service should be avoided.
