I sent my wife there to have our alternator they said they need to check it and said it was the battery they charged her 483.71 and she broke down on the way home because it wasn't charging what a joke!

Oh dear! The service during the purchase was most unpleasant. An infinite wait and a lack of compassion from the lady. A long but lengthy process. Lack of cleanliness everywhere, even in the toilet. A customer experience that takes away the desire to own a Kia ?
