Stupid as his own two feet. I couldn't get 2 words in to get interrupted. The last time I had my car washed there, I got shit because my car was “too dirty” and I had to pay extra. I have no problem paying fair value for a service, but being spoken to in a condescending tone by a guy I pay to wash my tank? Really? If you want the most frustrating customer experience, I recommend it.

Unpleasant owner, bad businessman and not listening to customer needs.My experience :We did business with Mr. Robichaud for the first time and we were satisfied with the results. We made an appointment for our Dodge Caravan, there was a delay of 2 weeks but it fit with our departure on vacation so no problems. We were told $85 max. On site, Mr. Robichaud gives the impression that he is being disturbed, he asks to see the car. When he opened the front door he let out a "Tabarnak" in such an unpleasant tone and he complained that "for 2 weeks it's been nothing but that".He told us “well, it’s really too dirty, I need at least 4 hours and $150”. Even specifying that we just wanted a "basic" wash and not a refurbished car, nothing could be done.We then decided to cancel and finally went to Sherbrooke the next day. In 1h15 our car was cleaned inside and out, it was really clean. All for $75.Mr. Robichaud has definitely lost customers.
