“I went here on August 24 while on a trip to Magog from Montreal. The food was delicious but my waitress was absolutely awful. She took my order, I waited nearly an hour, and the food didn’t come at all during that long hour. Customers who came in after me actually got served their orders before I did. Then she came back and told me that I had to re-state my order because she forgot to give it to the cooks in the kitchen. I re-stated my order, and then my food came after a more normal wait period.
I had never seen anyone literally flat-out forget to give the cooks my order that I had to re-state it later, ever, in my lifetime. Which is why I give the service a 1-star review while giving everything else a 5-star review.”

“There is a good selection of products and the lady we spoke with was super friendly and told us about a product similar to what we have choice which comes in mystery flavor only in September each year. I really liked that she told us about it because we will be monitoring her in September”
