The guy at the part tells me that the part is not yet available for my model. I called another Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership the same day. Pi I have the part the following week. I would no longer go there for parts / service or a vehicle without these on

Our two company vehicles were purchased from Magog Concept Chrysler, we have some problems, but fortunately Maxime (the salesman) is there for his customers! He always knows what to answer us and if he doesn't have the answer he will come back to us without mistakes. Very satisfied with the service provided by Maxime, 5/5. Waranty is useless. I purchased a brand new ram 1500 warlock on dec 10th 2022. Since then I have had problems with the radio. Either blank screen, radio does not come on, radio forgets presets, radio forgets all settings. I have been in for servicing 3 times and each time I get same response their will be a fix next month. Now I can get them to even return my call or get any answer. I don't have time to keep going back and forth to the dealership to get blown off. I ask that they either fix the radio, or replace with a better one, or reimburse me for the sound system, or reimburse me for this useless waranty. I am not the only one to have this issue with the infotainement I know, but I figure a 70000$ truck should have a functioning radio and the people that work there would have the decency to return a phone call even if it is just to tell you they won't do anything to help you.

Do not return phone calls. tell you one thing and then do not do it. Both in sales and service. They can’t answer what was done on the vehicle. Say that they did road test and never did. Been a customer for 2 years and have never seen such poor service. Was looking at trading in my truck and sales never called back after talking to a salesperson about a trade in asking for trade in value on my truck. I had to go back to see salesperson a week later!!

Big Thanks to Maxine F. and Miss Chantal, 9.5 hours drive is worth it. Got the fully loaded truck that I’ve dreamed…. Easy and quick when arrived all the paper works are ready after signing them all truck is been waiting. Only issue is the U-Connect got the October 27,2023 and uconnect expires in 4 days ?. But easy fix called U-Connect and resolve the problem.I totally recommend this dealership.

It was a bad experience. I waited over 4 hours for a 2 hour job and the job was not finished at the end of the day. Communication was also difficult (no return calls). The cost of the work was respected nonetheless.

Two different times for my two cars, first at 10:00, finished changing tires at 12:10. Second appointment at 1:00 p.m. they finished meeting at 3:50 p.m., no respect for the appointment
