Poor service from store staff. Around 7 p.m., the young people who worked there were at the back of the store eating and laughing, without worrying about the customers, all the checkouts closed and with a sign who went to the self-service checkouts themselves which were full and that with each scan the cash register asks for store staff but the waiters were not close, There were even elderly people who did not know how to use the self-service cash registers and had nothing made to help them, they only opened to take care of their young friends. There were people who left their belongings better because of the lack of service from the staff.

There are fewer and fewer prices displayed. The cashier tells us: “It happens, but it doesn’t matter.” Yes it's serious, I would like to know the price before arriving at the checkout.

Hmm I'll try to be polite...going to the checkout at this dolorama is like a miracle...an open checkout and 4 self-service checkouts...I don't like going to the checkouts which are filming me without my approval and as well as the 8 other people who were also waiting to go to the cash register...the cashier was doing her best...OR was the manager...Or were the DOLORAMA managers...to stand po....there you go donut

Not recommended, a real dollorama Mascouche daycare 163 Montée Masson, Mascouche, QC, there are about 6 of us, 8 customers to go to the checkouts which are open, we ask which checkouts we go to, we are told no to wait but the young girls on the other hand are having fun laughing loudly talking on the cell phone plus the music at full volume the little blonde with glasses WoW calls herself manager phew we're not out of the woods Let's just say we lost sales this evening and for the next evening too. To boycott. Already that's your cheap, we have the service like their cheap cheap product...
