I was not credited with 1000 Scene points with my purchase of more than $100 made on November 23, 2023, as indicated in the circular. I returned on the 24th to be told by the manager on duty that I had to request them at the time of purchase. Nothing more to do. Usually it's automatically added since I always activate my offers. The cashier didn't offer me anything (gift card or points) when scanning my application. I find this practice dishonest. I will contact Scène + and make a report to the consumer protection office. It's dishonest.

The app is malfunctioning. We make our sorry lost list to redo. And there the scene card to be entitled to discounts...Hoo sorry no access no discounts and pay the big price. Customer service call who says to return to the store to correct it. Store says no. Calls back Customer service who says they are sorry for the situation and that we will be called back but never calls back... No customer service. We pass the buck without doing anything about an application that is malfunctioning. 0 stars!

This IGA does not accept the return of cans in the bags reserved for this purpose. They send us to the machines so that we can place our 240 cans there!!!!. They suggested that I go to the Métro or the Maxi, which accept them. I told them of my dissatisfaction and they told me that they will survive very well without me... that's great class .
Bravo IGA Mascouche we see that the fear of losing 40 cents outweighs the offer of a simplified service to your customers. Sobeys should not tolerate this action which casts a shadow over other IGA merchants who accept these recycling bags.

Ce IGA n'accepte pas le retour de canettes dans les sacs de Consignaction! Ils nous envoient aux machines qui sont toutes sauf efficaces et qui rejettent toutes les canettes sauf probablement celles de Budweiser ou Coke. Autrement ils nous suggèrent d'aller au Métro qui eux les acceptent et là où vous pouvez aussi faire votre épicerie! Bravo IGA Mascouche!

Unable to exchange dark Beaurivage brand maple syrup cans for amber cans. I must be the only one who pays in cash and doesn't keep my grocery receipts!!!
