“The first seller (can't name because he didn't have a name pin) that I had was horrible, I asked him a question about contract termination and was not able to explain to me why I had fees and he was stupid so I asked to speak to someone else and this person (forget the name) is worth 5 stars plus because he answered my question and explained to me why I had expenses and I was able to the rest continue to make my purchase of new cell phones in a very good atmosphere”
