The best garage and best customer service experience ever. I had a big problem with my brakes today on the road, it could have been fatal. I arrived at 4:50pm on a Friday and the owner, Sam, was so kind and welcoming. They fixed the problem quickly, explained everything and literally saved my life. I’m so grateful and happy I have found this genuine service. I will definitely come back!
Kindness and humanity will always win. Sam and his team were my heroes today.

Good morning,
I was at this establishment last Saturday for a tire change and oil change.
I must say that I was very satisfied with the service and attention. The people at the counter are very nice and helpful.
For your information... Sam is a very honest mechanic who gives a very good explanation.
I felt confident in his approach.
Never again Canadian Tire...I finally found the best place for my car.

BEWARE THIEVES. I was in for changing my winter tires and an oil change. They broke or disconnected my senter. I came out of the garage to see that a light was on. The mechanic told me that I had to drive and it would disappear. He adds that I have 3 original centers and 1 original center that I had changed. The light was telling me that there was a problem with my brake, it was telling me that my wheel was deflating. Problem that I didn't have before arriving at the garage since I inflated my tires and no problem. I went back to see the man at the checkout and explained it to him. He tells me that the battery of my sencer and finally we have to change it. Then he comes back and tells me that I shouldn't have stopped when my vehicle told me otherwise. He charged me $102 more to change it. Real thieves I really don't recommend. He's just looking to make more money. I would never go back there again. The gentleman at the checkout who looks like an older Hindu, very arrogant, cuts me off and prevents me from speaking and listening. I told him I would go to the original dealership to see if they really changed it. A complaint to the OPC will be made. Since you are hungry I gave you the money. Ok tire in Mascouche, chemin Gascon. Don't go there! Very long wait. Arrival at 1:00 a.m. departure at 5:00 p.m. no bad service!
