My partner showed up this morning for a puncture without an appointment, repaired the same day. The employees are super nice, smiling and very courteous. I definitely recommend them.

Maybe they were having a bad day. Really disappointed with the service but even more surprised at their arrogance. I called at 9:30 to see if they could have a valve cover for a Kawa.They didn't get back to me, I went to see them shortly before 5 p.m. and they told me that the part was not available, giving me the sheet from my file with a line through it to which was attached a printed sheet from the Babbitt's online website (sheet printed at 10:24).When I said that I would have appreciated having feedback, I was told that that's not all they have to do. When I asked this gentleman his name, he told me Patrice, I repeated it to be sure, and he replied: Yes, it happens to me.What a bad experience.

I have 4 motorcycles from 1982 @ 2004 and I have #1 service for new and used parts, not to mention the advice of the 2 parts guys very satisfied with this place never been disappointed

Very disappointed by their lack of professionalism, I asked on the phone for a front end of GSXR 1000 03-04 they told me that they had the parts, once in my possession I realize that these are forks of GSXR 1000 05-06 and in addition the seals need to be replaced.And to add insult to injury when I went back in person to request a refund I was turned away.I strongly advise against it, you cannot trust it
