“I called the propane plus company on a Friday evening at 9:57 p.m., because I had a leak in my tank. At 10:05 p.m., the gentleman I had spoken to called me back to tell me that an employee would come to see about it within 1 hour. Less than 20 minutes later, a nice gentleman with his personal car, in civilian clothes (he probably got out of bed quickly) was there to resolve the problem. Everything was perfect, fast and efficient. My family and I were able to sleep peacefully and without worries of anything exploding!! Thank you so much for your help and exceptional service!!”
“So far, they have responded to my email, came to deliver propane as confirmed, issued the bill on their portal the next day. I receive a call the day before to notify me of the delivery. I made sure to be home; thankfully, I did because I showed him how to come in and where the propane tanks. I do find their bill clear as it indicates how many L, $ charged per L, and the additional eco fees (not sure how you call it). I got charge 0.98$ per L, and the eco fees is 14$ for me. I do want to add that the filling was done after winter.”
