Bruno and the team were great to deal with. Bought a truck the car from out of province, and would definitely do it again! There was a minor issue when picking up the truck, but they handled it without question and were very hospitable while I waited. Very happy I went with them.

Horrible service center. Made my appointment over a month ago. Arrived at 7:30 am and told them I need to leave at 10:00am. She told me no problem. Went downstairs after waiting over 2 hours to find out they forgot my car and had not even started my car. Telling me we are all human and make mistakes. My mistake is trusting this company. Took my tire and left.

I wait 30 minutes on the service phone to get flushed because it’s 5:00 p.m.
They sold me a vehicle with the suitcase repainted all crooked and the roof full of rust spots after 10 months which was not supposed to be damaged.
Unable to speak to anyone, lousy after-sales service, I will never buy or refer anyone to this place again. It's incredible.

Terrible Experience and Horrible Customer Service!
I purchased a used car from this dealer in May 2023, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. On the day of the purchase, after completing all the formalities and making the payment, the dealer brought and handed over the car very late. Despite being informed that the car came with winter tires, they claimed that the tires were ordered and would be delivered directly to my home. When I returned home, I found a significant crack on the car's bumper the next morning. I immediately emailed a picture to the sales manager who exhibited a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. My emails and calls were ignored, and no compensation or repair was offered for the damage. This was my first red flag.
Within two weeks of owning the car, I encountered an 2nd issue with the car starting. I had to take it to a local mechanic to get it fixed as no response from the dealer. Despite waiting for almost three months, the promised winter tires were never delivered. Multiple follow-ups were futile, as they continued to ignore my requests. Frustrated, I had to drive from one corner of the city to another to finally get the tires. After enduring numerous issues, my vehicle's transmission failed in May 2024, exactly a year after purchase, costing me now over $5,000.
I bought the car due to its low mileage of around 57,000 km, and it now has only 64,000 km. Attempts to contact again were met with silence. It is appalling that such an esteemed organization employs such an irresponsible employee. The salesperson even tried to convince me that despite my request for support with this extreme expense, and insisted that his manager was not interested in assisting because the car was already sold!
To add insult to injury, I recently discovered from Nissan Canada that the car had two previous owners, contrary to the sales agent had told me—that it had only one owner. I feel completely scammed and deceived by this dealership. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Their lack of integrity, poor customer service, and dishonest practices have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my purchase.

The after-sales service was very very disastrous, the service for repair or problem with your car, never seen before, I had to go to another dealership for the repair because they did not want to look for the problem, not paying enough or incompetent staff!! !
The girl who works in the service department doesn't care about the customer, talks to you as if you are nothing.
I loved it, I would buy a car there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Usually I never leave a bad rating but now I'm more than angry.
2 hour wait to be told they will not replace my transmission oil as planned. If they couldn't do it, why accepted and given me an appointment? Finally the representative of the oil brand referred me to an emergency garage for next Monday. However, I found the clerk polite on the phone... very unfortunate

Very disappointed with the service department.
Two weeks wait for an oil change on a diesel vehicle. Oil change done quickly but the gas filter was not replaced even though 12 percent remained on the screen.

The experience I had at Trois Diamants was incredible. The whole team was great! Marc-André is an excellent salesman who really listens to his customers' needs, their satisfaction is clearly important to him and it shows! As much as Alex in finance, who advises you very well, without being ''pushy'' and Nick in delivery who really knows his stuff! The employees love their jobs and it shows, the boss clearly cultivates a great working atmosphere for everyone!
In short, we often hear that taking a vehicle to a dealership is horrible and intimidating, at Trois Diamants, it's quite the opposite, it was my first time, but certainly not my last! I was welcomed into their “family” with wide open arms!

Despite the fact that many seem to appreciate the service, my experience is quite the opposite, the kindness is present yes but they wanted to charge me $1480 for a check engine code P05A5, 2 hours of time to change it plus 1080 per part plus taxes ., I repaired it myself in the entrance of the house in 22 minutes without changing anything.dsl, but this dealership will no longer have my Ram 1500 classic
