Today is Tuesday December 2, 2025 and I’m really unsure why others are leaving bad reviews. But the cashier and the store manager were super helpful and I personally loved their energy.
I left the store with some purchases and extremely happy about the customer service.
5 stars to the team tonight!

Be careful when you come in and start putting things in a bag if a rock says 50% off it’s not necessarily 50% off many of the racks they talk to a consultant to be sure that it’s 50% off which I find misleading cause then you have to have a consultant next to you every two minutes asking if the item is really on sale Not a great business practice after you selected clothes and you find out that they’re not on sale. Should put a colour coat at the entrance of the door saying what colour stickers or applicable and not and what each colour code gives you as a rebate to avoid having to have customers ask consultants every two minutes if it’s on Salemy two cents

I liked the pants and there is only one but the employee asked me to come another day because he could not remove it from the mannequin today. I have only seen this treatment in Quebec. There is no supervision of the employees.

I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes online that were shipped from this store. What a joke! 2 pairs were indicated as shipped but when I received the package there was just 1 pair packed in a box sized for 1 pair.. whoever picked the order, seems they could not read. After a lot of back and forth with Adidas Customer Service I received a refund. Disappointing though because I bought the shoes with a huge Black Friday discount. BUT.. that's not all! Today I want to wear the shoes and I take them out of the box and ... one of the shoes still has the store security tag attached! The incompetence is unbelievable! Avoid this store.. and it's staff!

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by Felix's behavior during my visit to the Adidas store. Not only did he disrespect an employee by speaking in an unacceptable manner, but when I needed help he was incredibly rude and condescending. This kind of attitude is inexcusable, especially in an environment where respect and courtesy should be paramount. It is unacceptable to treat people this way, and I find his behavior completely inappropriate and inappropriate.
I expect managers to step in and demand that Felix apologize to all employees who were victims of his bad temper. The next time I visit the Adidas store, I expect courteous service from them, with a sincere smile on their face. This minimum of respect must be guaranteed towards each customer and team member.
