Terrible experience!!!
The worst staff . 4 or 5 girls are working in the Mirable Outlet store and none of them respect the customers .There was a lot of mistakes starting from giving me wrong shoe and replace it with another customer and after the other girl working there gave me wrong size!!!
I wanted to make an order and I gave her ID to take the address and she wrote the postal code completely wrong !!! she called customer service and was supposed to cancel the order but it did not and till now I cannot get either my money or my shoe !!!!

I walked into the store with my mom; there was 1 other client in the store when we walked in. We were looking at the shoes in the front of the store and while 2 ladies were working none of them approached; totally fine; however, as soon as a male client walked in, he was approached.. keep in mind we were still looking at the shoes and trying on the ones that were our size. I flipped one of the shoes and saw the price tag and on it was also another sold sticker but the sticker didn’t have the price on it; so I approached the counter and asked: “hi, can you please tell me if this shoe is on sale”. She did not say a word, took the shoe from my hand and scanned the shoe and wrote the price on the sticker and handed the shoe back to me and said “that’s the price” (note that all other shoes that I flipped that had the sticker already had a written price on it). She did not ask if I wanted to try on a size, she did not ask me anything, rather she walked away… so I did too. Put the shoe right back on the shelf I found it on and walked out the store. Very unfortunate experience.. what’s up with customer service lately?
