Wow what customer service! I have rarely seen and had service like I have had at this location. The manager Alain was able to resolve our problem with a smile and good humor. His goal is truly to satisfy his customers! A big congratulations because in 2024 customer service is rare! I highly recommend this Browns store. I will definitely go back! Thanks again.

I was prejudiced about the Browns stores regarding the prices, but ultimately we were served and advised for our two purchases by Robert, excellent customer service, we will return it for sure!!!

Super service. Je suis aller pour des botte UGG , le vendeur Robert ma conseillé sur un modèle et me l’a expliqué , il n’y avait plus ma grandeur en stock. Le vendeur m’a proposé de me les livrer a domicile gratuitement. Malheureusement, il me fallait les bottes aujourd’hui, le vendeur a donc fait des appels pour une mise de côté dans une autre boutique.

Good service on site, but ZERO after salesShoe sold with laces that do not come with the shoe and impossible to get them, I am told to buy them if I want the original ones.to avoid

I purchased new suede shoes today. You sold me a shoe cleaner for my suede shoes. The cleaner says do not use on suede. If we buy from your recommendation, we would expect the person selling it to understand the product. I shouldn't have to read the label in store. I came home and then read that it says do not use on suede shoes. How pathetic is that?

Super friendly staff! Starting with Peter who takes the time to open the door for his clients. He also asked his colleague Robert to give us service. Robert is super calm, very positive, and he even offered us a cup of water at the end of our transaction. We end up buying three UGG boots since he was so friendly and genuinely cared about us finding what we needed.Thanks again!

Terrible service. You can't tell who works there and who doesn't. I went to the cashier to help me find a product all she says it's "it could be there, there or there". She basically just pointed at the whole store.

The prices in the Browns regular store is better and the options (collections ) is more!Please compare the prices wisely before you make a purchase.
