These are the most comfortable walking shoes I have owned. They are also very durable. I liked them so much that I went to Mirabel where I was able to buy hiking boots. The customer service is impeccable! Outstanding service!

I'm very disappointed in the Aetna 3 walking shoes, which actually hurt my feet when I walk for more than a short distance. I'm a longtime customer of Grisport, having bought several pairs, and most of them have been ok. But these Aetnas have very thin uppers, offering little to no support. When I talked to a company rep about this, he bluntly dismissed my concerns and arrogantly told me my feet were the problem. Whenever I tried to explain, he wouldn't listen and kept talking over me. It seemed he didn't care at all about losing a longtime customer. I won't buy from Grisport again and definitely don't recommend these shoes.

This company is truly AMAZING!…my husband ordered a pair of hiking boots, after he wore them a very few times he noticed the sole had separated. Having owned another pair that lasted three years of daily walking we knew this must be a rare fault.I emailed the company at 6:00am (my time)…I received a reply by 9:00am my time the same morning!…not only that but had the company call me directly…a real person!..after explaining the issue and sending pics….I received another call and by 11:30 am a new pair of boots were shipped out to us!..we received them just a few days later.This company has the best customer service that I have ever received.I recommend all my friends to buy shoes or boots from them.

Never again will I buy anything at Grisport Canada. Over the years I bought two pairs of boots at Grisport Canada and they were totally okay. At the end of December 2023, I bought a pair of SORENTO WINTER BOOTS. With shipping and HST they came to $125.00. I thought that I am buying a comparable boots to what I bought before. But that was not the case. I manage put them on with great difficulty, and then I had to ask for help to take them off. The shoes are XXX narrow. I wish there was a warning about it. When I contacted the "gentleman" owner, he rudely and arrogantly answered that my feet are wrong. He added that the boots are highly discounted, but didn't say why are the boots discounted so much. My advise, don't buy Sorento boots unless your feet are extra, extra, extra narrow. Also, be prepared to cover the return shipping if the boots, any boots or shoes, don't feet. Good luck.
