About H&M
H&M provides a great and amazing experience for customers who visit from afar. The staff is really nice and accommodating. A stylist advisor offers very good advice on fashion tricks and helps choose matching clothes. However, some sales advisors are described as careless and rude. A negative point is that employee badges do not have names, making it difficult to ask about helpful staff. The management is advised to put names on badges.

I had a really great experience during my visit. We came all the way from Saint John New Brunswick where we don’t have H&M store. The store was closed on Sunday at 5pm but the staff was really nice, Nabila and Alexane were so accommodating when I told them that I came from so far.
