Unfortunately no customer service. Only 2 customers in the store compared to 4 employees but no one to inform you or help you. When I requested assistance, two employees, although they saw me, continued their personal conversation without paying me any attention, which I found very disrespectful. So I had to go out on my own to find what I was looking for. Additionally, there was also no one at the fitting rooms to help us. The only interaction I had with an employee was when he came to inform us that the cabins were closing. Really disappointing...

Hello, I would like to share my disappointing experience in store due to the inappropriate behavior of one of your employees, a lady with grayish-black hair. She was not only rude, but also harassing. Despite my multiple responses stating that I didn't need help, she kept coming to me, which made me uncomfortable. When I finally asked her a question about clothing size, she responded in an annoyed tone, while I remained polite and respectful. Her attitude gave the impression that she was making fun of me and only wanted to sell at all costs, without consideration for other things. When discussing this situation with the cashier when paying, he seemed to understand my feelings. I also noticed that other reviews mention this same person, which confirms that this behavior is recurring. I sincerely hope that management will take steps to correct this employee's attitude, because her overly insistent and negative behavior risks harming both customers and colleagues.

Today I stopped by Levi's and was very impressed with the exceptional service, especially from Abigeal. She greeted me with a big smile and immediately knew what size and colors of jeans would suit me best. Thanks to his advice, I quickly found exactly what I was looking for. The whole team was very professional and welcoming, creating a pleasant and efficient atmosphere. Thanks to Abigeal and the whole team for this great shopping experience!

Louis, the jeans pro, knows the difference between 501, 505 and 517 like he knows the name of his dog. His explanations are so clear that I almost felt like I was taking a university course on denim!
And then there's Tom, with his infectious smile that could light up a dark room. Together, they make a great team: Louis gives you advice, and Tom makes you smile even if you try on jeans that are a little too tight.
Excellent place for fans of Levis and jeans in general!

Excellent service from one of your employees. She knows her product very well. I came with my son and I was going to leave because there is no children's section. She managed to find jeans in his size with the exact cut he wanted. He is very satisfied, she even helped us find special items…. We ended up leaving with 2 pairs for only $50. Thank you very much to you madam :)

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Levi's Outlet StoreHello,I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my wife and I had at your Levi's Outlet Store located at 19001 Chemin Notre Dame, Mirabel, QC J7J 0T1.Yesterday, on March 21, 2024, at approximately 5:00 PM, my wife and I visited your store with the intention of browsing and potentially purchasing some jeans. However, our visit took a negative turn due to the extremely poor interaction we had with one of your sales associates.The individual in question, approached us with an attitude that was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. Despite our attempt to browse the items peacefully, his tone of voice and demeanor were off-putting from the start. He proceeded to inquire about our preferences in a manner that felt confrontational rather than helpful.As if his verbal demeanor wasn't enough, his actions further exacerbated the situation. He at some point was forcefully slapping some of the jeans onto a nearby metal chair. This behavior was very unprofessional.Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome due to the escalating tension created by the sales associate, my wife and I eventually had to request to be left alone. It was evident that the individual was frustrated and in a negative state, which greatly impacted our shopping experience and ultimately led us to cut short our visit to your store.Moreover, upon reflecting on our experience, we noticed that this is not an isolated incident. After leaving your store, we felt compelled to share our experience by leaving a negative review on Google. It appears that such instances of poor customer service are unfortunately becoming a pattern at your establishment.It is disheartening to witness such a lack of regard for customer satisfaction, especially considering that the primary goal of any retail establishment should be to provide a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for you to address the shortcomings in your store's customer service and take steps towards improvement.For your reference, the sales associate in question matched the following description: a tall man in his twenties, with blonde, long hair.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and implement measures to ensure that incidents like these are not repeated in the future.Thank you

Seeing my husband being a victim of racial profiling due to the Levi's store at Montreal Premium Outlet has forever hurt the image I have of the brand.
We were shopping there today and found a belt that he liked. He tried it on, it had a nice fit and look, and we put it back, thinking we'd shop around and come back if that's still our top choice. At no moment while we were at the Levi's store did any employee greet us or offer us some help.
However, they sure did find the time to send an associate to follow us to a different store, claiming that he stole the belt he tried on. He has to open his coat and lift his clothes in the middle of that store to prove his innocence.
This is utterly unacceptable.
Right after, we returned to Levi's to understand why that happened, and the store manager dismissed the situation. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and do not intend to shop at Levi's again.
