Open on Saturday but no service. The girl at reception tells us that there is no one available but we can see very clearly that they are all together at the same time in the same room chatting and eating and during this time no one to help us, no one to let us test drive a vehicle. Really very disappointing, it seems like we’re disturbing them. They don't want to make money? Perfect, we'll go somewhere else.

Bernard made every effort to help us in the best possible way! He was kind and professional and took fantastic care in dealing with us. Same thing can be said about David! Quite disappointed with the service, for a tire change with oil change I had to wait 3 hours 15 minutes and a bill of $295. The bottom line is that when we arrive home the TPMS fault light comes on. I call to ask for a check, and they explain to me that there is probably no sensor on my winter wheels. Nobody could have told me that when selling me the wheels? There I have to drive all winter with the light on.

I bought a beautiful 2025 Mazda 3 sport AWD. I am very happy with the car and my experience with Mr. Cousineau. I took away one star for the very unpleasant experience I had with the financing clerk. On the other hand, I must say that Mr. Cousineau, the seller as well as the sales director whose name I have forgotten were able to repair the damage (which in my opinion was really unacceptable) in a very professional manner. This is why I recommend this dealership. I will go back with pleasure! Thanks also to the service director Mr. Charbonneau for his excellent service and good advice.

I have always received excellent service at this dealership. I stopped going there when I moved a few years ago for reasons of mileage and traffic. After trying 3 other garages including 1 other dealership, I can say that I am going back!!! I received excellent service from Liam. I asked my questions and he took care to answer me in detail. He was also open to alternatives to lower my bill. In short, I am still very very satisfied! Thank you to the staff with whom I was in contact at Planète… your good humor and your professionalism were appreciated. Keep up the great work!

Friendly and courteous receptionist. I took my vehicle to the garage to ask what needed to be changed as it seemed to lack power when I gave it gas. After 40 minutes I was informed that it was just the 4 spark plugs to change and that it would cost $515. I asked for confirmation because my father is a mechanic and it seems to me that it usually costs $50. The technician assured me it wasn't possible, saying it cost $220 + $80 for labor + $143 for diagnosis, or a total of $515 with tax.
I paid and left. Finally, I called my father and checked the internet; I was right, the same spark plugs would cost me $45 delivered to my house in less than 24 hours. Seriously, I was lied to and also scammed... Really disappointed and angry.
There is a huge difference between $45 and $515. In addition, it was not necessary to do a diagnosis to read my file which clearly indicates that the spark plugs must be changed at 100,000 km, and I am at 200,000 km. It was obvious.
