I visited the Rudsak store at the Mirabel Outlets with low expectations because of previous experiences. But I was pleasantly surprised with Allen and Ayleen’s service! They showed an immense amount of professionalism and a service geared towards the customer’s satisfaction. Allen personally took care of a particular situation I experienced in such a fair way. Allen and Ayleen represent the level of service every customer should experience in such stores!

Purchased a winter coat with the help of Ayleen and Allen at Rudsak at Mirabel outlets. My husband found a fall jacket as well. We both found it in the samples section and was well worth the samples rebate. Thank you to both sales reps who assisted us.
