Very poor customer service, few manners and no respect for appointments. I waited 30 minutes alone in the car that I was supposed to try while the saleswoman took care of other customers to whom she had given an appointment at the same time as me. The other employees were also busy chatting among themselves.
The car was very dirty, with bills, leftover coffee, pet hair and jars of food lying on the seats. I do not recommend this place at all, the company does not take its potential customers seriously at all.

Price paid for maintenance increased by 30% supposedly that the announced price was not consistent
It took me 2 hours 30 minutes to change my winter tire by appointment
The customer service attendant, a slender gentleman, communicated like a lieutenant in the Canadian army
I won't go back there again because it was the first time and it will be the last time to service my car
On the other hand, at the sales department level, I received excellent service, I would have given more than 5 stars if it were possible

Bad experience with a sales manager. Following a reservation for a used 2019 Rav4 Trail, it required me to purchase a 3-year extended warranty at a price of $2700 in order to obtain a lower financing rate. In addition to being an immoral and dishonest sales technique on the part of the seller, he simply refused to listen to me by stipulating that this was normal for a vehicle of this age.
Furthermore, following my dissatisfaction, he put me under pressure by threatening me that I was causing him to lose customers "Because of you I had to cancel a customer appointment and probably a sale". In addition to this pressure, he was rude and unprofessional by being verbally disrespectful towards me.
I finally withdrew my deposit given the unacceptable situation with the manager as I was about to close the transaction.

Unprofessional behavior between sellers and complete waste of my time. I made an appointment to come view a vehicle and discovered that another salesman contacted his customer to come in front of me and sell the vehicle just before I arrived.
Strongly advise against this place, just a waste of time and effort.

Toyata saint lied to me about my purchase for a used Toyota rav4 car, the inspection report pointed out that they changed the brake pads and discs, nothing was done, also at the time of receipt of my car the Check engine light is on response from the file manager just the fuel lid is not closed properly
Worse still after six months of purchase another message on the dashboard more serious failure of the charging system, currently I am at the Toyota Saint Jérôme service for an appointment for periodic maintenance I spoke about the problem with the agent customer service he wanted to charge me without wanting to hear me $175 for verification only
