Truly a place of choice for a sugar shack. Not too big of a place, this allowed conversations at the table to be heard. Vegetarian choices were appreciated at the table. Honestly, I'm thinking of going back there.

I highly recommend this sugar shack! The food was excellent and as we were a group with specific dietary needs, the vegetarian and gluten free options were on point. In addition, the service was very friendly and the smile always present. In short, a very nice gastronomic experience.-P.A.

Beautiful spot, friendly staff. The beets and syrup were the highlights. Some items were missing salt or they were simple (like boiled potatoes).

Its not real maple syrup on the table and when dessert came the sugar pie was white. Leads me to believe they dont concentrate the sap enough to get the syrup we are use to seeing. Only place i saw the real stuff was in the snow for the sticks at the end.

Service was very friendly and attentive, and everything was set up for us for our big group of 12 when we arrived! Very accommodating for the vegetarians and gluten-free eaters of our group, and it was all traditional cabane a sucre food. Bring your own wine was an added bonus as well. Had a great day and will be returning! Delicious tarte au sucre as well. Might not be the best choice for families with many kids as there isn't anything else to do other than the meal and the tire outside.

We were a large group, about 20. It was a work function. the drive up was relatively quick, so I would assume that it's close to the city.. the tables where set, and the staff were ready for our arrival. They were warm, and helpful. We were served bread and butter to start. Then we had soup.. yum! Then the meal.. also yum. Then desert, tart or pudding. We had a great time.. oh, and the maple syrup was delicious.

The vegetarian menu was a really nice touch which is why I gave this 2 stars. But the most of the dishes were bland and missing taste. We were only offered a choice of two deserts while the website had multiple other choices... When we asked if we could have a second one, they declined.

Great place with gluten free and vegetarian options. Of course the vegetarian options are not cooked by vegetarian so is it so-so. People can smoke cigarettes and toss them on the floor next by the entrance and the maple on a stick station. Very odd in 2019 to see this sad behavior.

Half of the menu was missing from the meal, only one choice of dessert with one portion. Wasn't even all-you-can-eat (28$ sugar shack by the way). What's the point of a sugar shack if you get a meal on-par with breakfast restaurants (double the price). Won't return for sure.
