“Following a large order, several items were missing despite the fact that they were charged on the invoice, I called the service, I was rushed from left to right.. 15 minutes later I managed to speak to someone.. he puts me on hold for more than 20 minutes and obviously the store closes so they tell me to call back tomorrow.. I find it a shame because we have a "monopoly" here.. always had good service usually.. but this time I find that's really ordinary...Update: following Laurence's call the morning after my comment and our meeting the same morning, an arrangement was made and I am very satisfied. Mistakes happen and the important thing is that Rona knew how to make the right decisions to resolve the error. Great service from Laurence!! THANKS”
