Pretty good place. The people were quite friendly. Had to get my car bumper replaced due to a hit and run. Although it sucked having to wait a few months for the replacement part, it was very worth it. The repair itself only took a few days and my car was back to looking good.

Worst experience in a garage. Customer service leaves something to be desired.I had this bodybuilder recommended to me by my insurance company, following an accident. I had an appointment 6 days after getting into it. They did the evaluation and only told me that they would send the report to my insurance companies. I tried to call them back to make an appointment to have my vehicle repaired and they told me that they were the ones who had to call me back. No problem. 1 month later, still no call back. I contacted my insurance company and they told me the same thing. But, my insurance tried to contact the garage to see if they could take the time to call me. 3 weeks later, no communication, I called the garage to find out what was going on and the lady who answered cut me off every time I tried to speak, she treated me really like a foot. I was trying very calmly to explain my situation and she immediately cut me off and told me that the person who had done the assessment must have told me that there was no appointment before the month of September. Unfortunately, this is false. I tried to tell her and she cut me off again to basically tell me I was lying.Calling back a customer who leaves a voicemail message is the least you can do. Not to mention that treating customers like people and letting them express themselves during a call is the minimum. Really disappointed, I don't recommend.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Wonderful client service, they make sure you are satisfied with the job that is done!Had body shop work done on my car door a couple months back which was quickly fixed to a high standard , over time a screw came loose and affected the work done.Upon calling them, the same day ; They told me to bring the car back into the shop and they will handle it! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend their services to anyone needing auto/body repair services!

I'll start by saying how accommodating and helpful this garage has been to me.I had my first accident a few weeks ago and my insurance made my life complicated. However, my insurer recommended an appointment at this garage (which was their best decision). As soon as I arrived, Andrée and her team took care of me and accommodated me with a car during the repairs (even though this loan was not planned). They explained each step to me and answered all my calls and questions. My car had extensive damage, and they fixed it in 2 weeks!!! My car is even more beautiful than before the accident.I had excellent service from Andrée and his team. I am very grateful for their work. I will do business with them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
