“Last April, my father and I experienced arguably the best customer service experience we ever had.
When I walked in, I was honestly blown away with all the merch they have AND how many sizes they have (as a bigger person, TRYING on sweaters in stores is a luxury)! If we each had more room in our luggage, we would have bought more!! The staff were all extremely friends, experienced and knowledge. We were treated like friends.
If you’re looking to get F1 merch, don’t hesitate to buy from Fanabox. If you walk by their store, go in. You won’t regret it.
A special shoutout to Max as, even months later, we still talk about how nice he was to us. We can’t wait to return to the store and wear our merch to the next Montréal Grand Prix!

“This was my first time buying from J Schreter. You're probably wondering how a guy in California ended up shoe shopping at a store in Canada...Blame Skechers!
My absolute, without a doubt FAVORITE shoe is the Skechers Winsor Moreno Black. I would buy them all the time and wear them until the soles were worn all the way through. Well, Skechers discontinued that shoe a few years ago and I could not find them anywhere. The thought of buying a used pair off ebay (eww) was a line I would NEVER cross. Anyway, after coming across a bunch of online stores that said they carried the shoe, but worrying me because they had really shady looking websites, I came across J Scherter's website. I did a google search and found that it was an actual store. That was a plus! Further google searches revealed that it was a family owned store...I love family businesses - Another plus! Then I saw it was in Canada. I would have stopped right there but they had my shoes....my favorite shoes! The price was comparable to other sites which were sold out, so I figure "why not"...
They accept PayPal payments on their site.....awesome! I bought the shoes, and immediately received an email from J Schreter that the order was received and that I would get follow ups when shipped. I got the follow up the next morning with the tracking info. After that I got periodic PayPal updates on where the shoe was while en route. Fast forward 5 days and they arrived at my door safe and sound! The shoes were in their original Skechers shoebox and there was even a thank you note from the current owner, Steve Schreter.”

We expect a maximum of 5 days when the period is busy like Christmas or when there are a lot of items but unfortunately October 18, which is 6 working days later (the 14th being Thanksgiving does not count ) my order wasn't even picked up yet... I had to call the store to ask to pick it up the following week. I live a little far away but I had no choice otherwise my order would have arrived too late. He also took the time to calculate how much I was saving by purchasing two coats that I was hesitant about with the current promotion. “This was our first time visiting this store while we were on vacation there. My husband and I went in as he had seen some beautiful items in the window. Upon going in, we started to look around he saw a few well, maybe a lot of things that he knew were too much for his suitcase that's when we met a very pleasant and extremely patient young lady name Darya at lease i think thats her name she is very cool and did not rush us as my husband put on took off try and kept trying on so many nice sweaters and pants. Update it did come about 3 weeks later. It was well package ? ?? the next day we passed by the store and gave her a nice gift to show her how much we appreciated her. My only problem was I was told I would get an email to let me know it was coming and did not notice if I came however I did not check my spam mail other than that we would visit if we were in the area again and would recommend this Men store and ladies you can browse also you just might see something you like and again Darya thank you so much for you showing us patience with a smile i hope you also enjoyed the gift.
