I am writing in connection with my recent visit to your Rudsak store located on Mont Tremblant (Rudsak Mont Tremblant).

I wanted to take a few moments to inform you of my very positive experience at Rudsak Mont Tremblant as a direct result of your employee, Dan.

My family and I travel to Mont Tremblant annually, yet I had never been in the Rudsak Mont Tremblant Store for more than a few minutes . Only recently did I have an opportunity to enter Rudsak Mont Tremblant and appreciate all the store has to offer. It gives me great pleasure to inform you that my first extended visit was enjoyable due to the professionalism and assistance Dan exhibited in handling my review of the merchandise and eventual purchases.

Upon entering, Dan greeted me with a smile.
Upon request, Dan showed me various products for purchase appropriate for me—describing each product in detail.

While assisting me, Dan also proved to be an excellent multitasker—handling an early evening influx of more then 15 customers at once and ensuring they received individualized attention and the items they sought to try-on and purchase.

I am happy to say that my experience was no different. Dan allowed me to try-on items and even recommended items that reflected my personal taste.

Further, Dan’s product knowledge was impressive—describing products and explaining how each product meets specific client concerns. Of paramount importance, he noted that Rudsak clothing never goes out-of -style. Indeed, I myself have found the clothing is, as Dan noted, “timeless”. Dan’s recommendations and his comments on Rudsak clothing always being “in-style” factored greatly into purchasing several items from Rudsak Mont Tremblant.

Dan’s attention to my requests was instrumental to my positive experience. As a result of the above excellent service, I look forward to visiting the Rudsak Mont Tremblant Store more often.

As the Regional Director of the area which includes Rudsak Mont Tremblant, I hope that this review fulfills the additional purpose of serving as evidence of the fine group of employees you hire and oversee.

In closing, I note that It is unfortunate when hard-working employees do an excellent job and are overlooked. I forward this communication in order to avoid that situation in Dan’s case. Dan projected a professional demeanor while also exhibiting a pleasant disposition—regrettably, qualities lacking in today’s post-pandemic workforce but, nonetheless, much-welcomed by consumers.

The prices were fantastic, everything about 40 bucks. Sweaters were $35, pants were $35 to $40. Got a stylish light outdoor coat perfect for spring walks ($100). Great variety of stylish clothes.
The staff were very friendly, attentive, close by but not hovering.
