“2024 January 4.5★From the moment you arrive, the Porter and the valet services come up and help you. The bags are brought to your room, your skis are tagged and taken to the ski valet. If you forget your slippers (ours broke) they have it for you. If you run out of toothpaste, they have it. One call to guest services and they'll attend to your attention. Awesome service.The rooms themselves are unique and have a historic charisma. It's a bit dated, but has charm. No real concerns, but would've been nice if the televisions had streaming (though they have their own on demand movies).The amenities are plenty and are just perfect after skiing. You have the pool, both indoor and outdoor (heated). You have the hot tubs both indoors and outdoors (heated). You have the gym. You have both the dry and wet sauna.Showers are available in the change rooms. Billards room also available.There are two restaurants, a cafe and conference rooms. Lounges throughout.Overall, a great trip. Not particularly cheap though, but worth it when you can ski in and out during lunch.”

“It was just wonderful. No detail was overlooked or neglected by this hotel's staff.We stayed at a family suite that was equipped with everything from A to Z, whether kitchen utensils, dishes or complimentary bath and kitchen products (no tea though, bring your own!). The room was immaculately clean, modern, the linens were luxurious, with plentiful towels, robes, etc.Shower and bath tubs worked very well, with excellent water pressure and excellent draining.Murphy bed was a brilliant solution to provide a great additional queen bed and to free up space during the day.We loved the fact that the room was heated silently and that we could also use a gas fireplace. I would also like to highlight plenty of charging outlets in the sitting area. What we couldn't figure out was how to lower the heat. ?If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to include a sealing strip on bathroom's and bedroom's French doors.The facilities were up to par: large game room, interior pool, large outdoor hot tub.Everything was clean and a pleasure to use.The ski storage required asking front desk staff to lock/unlock it.
