Battery died in 24h and warranty not honored.
Bought a battery that tested 12 V in the store. Next day, my car died — towing tested it and it was 7 V, completely dead.
I couldn’t return it because they never gave me the receipt, even though the photo I took shows a 15-day guarantee and 24-month battery warranty printed on it.
I paid for a dead battery and lost my original good one. Very disappointed — won’t buy batteries here again.

Everyone pay attention: i went there to remove 1 rear coil spring of a 2004 toyota sienna, when i went to pay, they charged me 52$ for that coil spring (i also had to pay 5$ entrance fee), i was very surprised to buy a car scrap part for the same price as buying a new one on Amazon, so i refused to buy it, accepting to lose 5$ entrance fee along with the time and effort to remove the item. I write here to warn everyone to consider before deciding to go to Kenny u-pull.

Lazy staff, too busy getting ready to leave 15minutes before the end of their shift every single day of the week.

Core battery charge $25 non-refundable except Kenny credit.?!?
They sell batteries that are 5-6 years old...
F that...for $60 more I got a new one from costco.
The Kennys are coming greedy, they have boosted the price of everything fortunately alternatives exist.
Answer:
A core charge of $25 is absolutely not the norm. It's $10, $15 or $20 but above all it's refundable in cash when you bring the old one back. What do you want me to do with your Kenny credit? You can charge me another $250, I don't care as long as I get my money back.
The fact remains that everything has increased at Kenny's and it's worth thinking about it before going there.
