I called to exchange my tank and asked if there where any charges she replied no and said it comes with 100 litres. I said ok let charge it they did so I asked to fill it up I get 1 bill got to pay she says I have 2 bills I say why she says I gave you 100 liters I say ok but my tank was with gas too are you going to give me a credit she said no then I told her I call that theft she says she is an employee I say give message to owner she raises her voice at me I defend myself and answer her back and tell her to give total she keeps her mouth yapping I'm getting nervous and tell her to gave amount or I'll leave she tells me to leave and yells for assistance to kick me out a young man comes and asks me to come down and I said I will if she will and explain to him part if the situation and I payed the total but I will empty my tank with time and change company after 10 years service she is a perfect example of bad service and customer are trash 🗑 hope ppl get to see this and I'll chatt to others nabours and share my information

I called the propane plus company on a Friday evening at 9:57 p.m., because I had a leak in my tank. At 10:05 p.m., the gentleman I had spoken to called me back to tell me that an employee would come to see about it within 1 hour. Less than 20 minutes later, a nice gentleman with his personal car, in civilian clothes (he probably got out of bed quickly) was there to resolve the problem. Everything was perfect, fast and efficient. My family and I were able to sleep peacefully and without worries of anything exploding!! Thank you so much for your help and exceptional service!!
